6 Factors Affecting Your Health

           6  Factors Affecting Your Health

I feel very happy to have the opportunity to speak into the lives of so many people during my welfare journey. You may be surprised to know this, but I spend very little time talking about exercise. Of course, when I train clients or players, we are practicing with a plan and a purpose. But, my focus is more on strengthening the muscles or the heart. What I hope for in every person is health, knowledge, skills, and motivation to live an abundant life.

Below are a list and detailed description of all aspects of healthy living on a daily basis. No category is more important than the other, and a reduction in one or more categories will severely restrict other people's work.

1) Sleep

How well and how much you sleep affects your health and performance. Adequate levels of sleep hormones are essential for mental health, recovery, and more. Get at least 8 hours of sleep each night. Avoid bright lights and electronics for an hour before bed so that your brain can let go of the melatonin, which can put you into a deep restful sleep.

2) Nutrition

What you put in your mouth will determine how successful you are. Eat at least three meals a day; Contains a lean protein source, a vegetable, a healthy fat, and fibrous carbohydrates. Avoid highly processed foods such as packaged goods and fast food. Don't count calories, but pay close attention to your body composition and energy levels. If you are losing weight and gaining body fat, you need to reduce your total heat consumption. If you are losing muscle mass and suffering from low energy, it is a good idea to increase the total amount of heat.

3) Hydration

Water plays many roles in the human body. It helps absorb many nutrients, helps the body eliminate waste, and plays an important role in the proper functioning of every system in our bodies. Take a sip of water throughout the day. An easy way to tell if you are properly hydrated is by the color of your urine. If you drink coffee, your urine will turn yellow. Avoid sodas and use very limited amounts of alcohol and coffee.

4) Stress Management

Chronic stress destroys our health. It can interfere with sleep, cause indigestion, affect mental health, limit the amount of exercise you can do. Maintain a healthy balance in your daily / weekly schedule, schedule work, leisure, leisure, and family / personal time. Instead of focusing on the important things in your life, focus on the things that seem important.

5) Physical activity

Physical activity takes many forms. That is exercise, manual labor, recreational activities, sports, etc. The benefits of physical activity include building and maintaining muscle mass, better balance and coordination, increased mental activity, and better mood. Needless to say, burning these calories helps maintain a healthy body. Engage in one hour of physical activity for 4-6 days each week. It can be divided into small parts of one hour for each day.

6) Inner Peace

Every day has its positive and negative effects. These effects come from external and internal sources. The fact is that whatever we eat our mind and soul grows and eventually comes under control. If there are certain areas in your life that you want to be against or where you want to be, then make a game plan to conquer them. Personal financial support, broken relationships, negativity, self-doubt, addiction, whispers, bad habits, etc. are some of the things that can be a big obstacle in achieving your dreams. Anything that restores your inner peace limits your health and well-being.

I challenge everyone who reads this blog post to take an honest look at themselves and find out which areas they struggle with the most. Then work from the bottom of the list eliminating issues that aren't worth fighting for.
